New Name & Bigger Than Ever

Previously called the Solar Social, our Green Energy Fair event has joined the “Energy Day 2012″ this year, hosted by Consumer Energy Alliance (CEA).

Fun For The Whole Family

After you end your self-guided tour, be sure to spend the afternoon at Energy Day.  There will be dozens of energy exhibits, providing everyone hands-on interaction and fun. Check out the educational displays, and meet Houstonians in the energy field.  Interact with installers as you learn about the latest in solar technology, talk with local energy companies about the types of renewable energy available and learn what non-profits around the nation are doing to help the sustainable movement.

Energy Day starts at 11 am and will be located at Hermann Square.  If you opt for a guided tour on the official buses, the meet point will be annnounced soon. Solar Home Tour Guides can also be picked up at this location for those who are going on a self-guided tour.
